Your vote matters: voting for Amsterdam city council

I am not a Dutch resident. Can I vote?

D66 is an internationally minded social-liberal party founded in 1966. Everyone who has an EU passport, or has been living in The Netherlands legally for over five consecutive years, has the right to vote for the Amsterdam municipal elections. To vote, you only have to be registered as a resident in the city.

How can I further support D66?

D66 Amsterdam hosts a team of internationals to spearhead our work with the English-speaking community. As a group of internationals living in Amsterdam, their goal is to inform and connect internationals living in Amsterdam by hosting panels, organizing networking opportunities, webinars, and other events to bring like-minded people together. Join our Meetup group to keep up to date on our events and follow us on Facebook for the latest news. D66 is an internationally minded social-liberal party founded in 1966. To vote, you only have to be registered as a resident in the city. Make sure to do so by January 31st, otherwise you will not receive your voting pass.
