D66 is an internationally minded social-liberal party founded in 1966. Our priorities are affordable housing, combatting the climate crisis, and creating equal opportunities for all through high-quality and accessible education. We want equal opportunities and liberty of choice for all.
D66 is in the municipal council for Groningen. Since 2022, we are part of the opposition. D66 Groningen has five council members and one spokesperson. Together, we work on making education possible for everyone, housing available for all Groningers and keeping our city green and vibrant.
