Iedereen moet in Zuidplas kunnen (blijven) wonen, ook mensen met een beperking of lager inkomen. D66 vindt dat de dorpen pas compleet zijn als er plek is voor iedereen. Dit betekent natuurlijk doorstromen bevorderen. We stimuleren optoppen, splitsen, woningruil, tijdelijke woonvormen, kangoeroewoning en innovatieve concepten zoals modulaire woningen die mee kunnen groeien met de levensfase. Daarnaast staan de komende jaren vooral in het teken van een grote woningbouw opgave. kans geven om in hun dorp te blijven.<\/li><li>Middengroepen in <strong>vitale beroepen<\/strong> (zoals leraren, zorg-, politie- en brandweermedewerkers) voorrang laten geven bij toewijzing betaalbare huurwoningen.<\/li><li><strong>Startersleningen voortzetten <\/strong>(bij succes van huidige regeling).<\/li><li>Eigenaren van <strong>recreatiewoningen <\/strong>hebben de keuze om deze permanent te bewonen, als dat past binnen provinciale en landelijke regelgeving.<\/li><li>Er is plek voor <strong>statushouders<\/strong>, <strong>arbeidsmigranten en Hiermee geven we mensen voorrang op auto&#8217;s, zo kunnen kinderen spelen in de straat en ouderen wandelen naar de winkels.<br>STOMP staat voor: (S) Stappen, (T) Trappen\/fietsen, (O) Openbaar vervoer, (M) Mobility as a service\/Deelmobiliteit, (P) Priv\u00e9 auto.
