block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tDe provincie Zuid-Holland heeft een subsidieregeling voor grote bouwprojecten in de regio die moeite hebben om de financiering rond te krijgen. Deze grote bouwprojecten kunnen via de provincie subsidie krijgen om ervoor te zorgen dat er alsnog gebouwd kan worden. Deze regeling blijkt enorm populair; tot nu geldt dat elke keer wanneer de regeling wordt opengesteld, binnen enkele dagen de subsidiepot weer leeg was. Dit laat maar zien hoe hoog de vraag is naar dit soort stimulansen om woningbouwprojecten te realiseren.<br><br>Hetzelfde dreigt nu weer te gebeuren, de subsidiepot voor het versnellen van de woningbouw is bijna op. Als de provincie samenwerkt met gemeenten kunnen mooie projecten worden gerealiseerd die de woningnood aanpakken. Daarom hebben wij al eerder met succes met amendementen opgeroepen tot het aanvullen van de subsidieregeling. <a href=\"https:\/\/d66.nl\/zuidholland\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/375\/2022\/11\/Amendement-Woningbouw-in-de-6e-versnelling-D66.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">En dat doen we weer<\/a>, om meer woningen te kunnen realiseren voor iedereen die in Zuid-Holland moet wachten op een thuis.
