Dan gaat het vooral om recreatieparken waar in de (lange) loop der jaren inwoners hun woning als hoofdverblijf hebben. href=\"https:\/\/pzh.notubiz.nl\/vergadering\/874352\/Provinciale%20Staten%2022-09-2021\">PS vergadering<\/a> van 22 september was het onderwerp aan de orde. Wat onze fractie betreft zijn er twee uitgangspunten. De eerste is dat recreatiewoningen ooit zijn gebouwd in groene gebieden en dat het de vraag is of we op deze plekken ooit reguliere woningbouw zouden hebben toegestaan. Het antwoord daarop werd ons al door de Provinciaal Adviseur Ruimtelijke Kwaliteit (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zuid-holland.nl\/overons\/pal\/@29291\/pal-advies-omgaan-permanente-bewoning\/\">PARK<\/a>) gegeven, nl. nee. De tweede is dat wij denken dat de vraag naar recreatiewoningen blijft bestaan. Dus het omzetten naar permanente bewoning betekent dus dat er een behoefte zal ontstaan aan nieuwe recreatiewoningen. En dat zou dan weer kunnen leiden tot opnieuw een aanslag op de schaarse groene ruimte in onze provincie.<br><br>Tegelijkertijd beseffen we dat de recreatieverblijven voor sommige inwoners een oplossing zijn om hun woonprobleem op te heffen. Wij hebben daarom gepleit voor het verstrekken van persoonsgebonden i.p.v. objectgebonden gedoogbeschikkingen. Het betekent een stuk zekerheid voor de huidige bewoners \u00e9n een stuk duidelijkheid voor de toekomst.<br><br>Gedeputeerde Staten gaan nu eerst in gesprek met een aantal gemeenten en komen daarna terug met een beleidsstuk, waarin criteria worden genoemd waaronder de recreatieve functie kan worden omgezet naar een permanente woonmogelijkheid. Uiteindelijk wordt het beleid opgenomen in de Omgevingsvisie.
