Een wijk die oogt als een luxe  vakantiedorp en een visitekaartje is voor de gemeente Zeist. Annemiek Verstappen, o.a. bekend van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mijngroenehuis.nu\">Mijn Groene Huis<\/a> in Zeist, bezochten we het nieuwbouw-gedeelte van de wijk Kerckebosch. Annemiek &#8211; als trotse bewoonster &#8211; gidste ons door deze prachtige wijk. Ze liet zien dat deze wijk niet alleen fraai is  om te zien en fijn om in te wonen, maar ook duurzaam en inclusief. Dit was het eerste openbare gebouw in de wijk. Niet alleen een servicepunt voor de wijk maar ook gezondheidscentrum, muziekschool en sportzaal voor de scholen in de buurt. Annemiek, gespecialiseerd in gedragsbe\u00efnvloeding, legt uit dat je met slimme hulpmiddelen veel kunt bereiken. Zo komt er bij de Brede School een digitale prullenbak, die muziek afspeelt bij goed gebruik. Ook de &#8216;snoeproute&#8217; (vanuit het winkelcentrum) wordt aangepakt: bezoekers krijgen straks subtiele hints om afval op straat te vermijden: gepersonaliseerde verpakkingen. Of het nu gaat om de bermen van de Kerckeboschlaan, waar zo weinig mogelijk gemaaid wordt om de biodiversiteit te stimuleren, of de gekapte bomen die je terugvindt in speeltoestellen, picknickbanken en terreinafbakeningen.
