aangenomen om wijzigingen aan te brengen in het landelijke verkiezingsprogramma van D66: \u201cEen nieuw begin\u201d.\u00a0De leden gaven daarmee gehoor aan de oproep van Tweede kamerlid Rutger Schonis en Statenlid Ton Veraart om Zeeuwse thema\u2019s als een tolvrije tunnel in dat verkiezingsprogramma te krijgen.<br><br>Met een overgrote meerderheid werd het amendement \u201cTolvrije tunnel\u201d van de heer Veraart aangenomen. \u201cDe Westerscheldetunnel moet zo snel mogelijk tolvrij. Het valt namelijk niet uit te leggen dat inwoners dubbel belast worden om door eigen land te reizen met deze tolheffing \u00e9n wegenbelasting.
