lists__type--leading-zero\">\n\t<li>Het bestemmingsplan is onredelijk voor Watersportvereniging Rijn en Lek.<\/li><li>Er is nog geen overeenstemming met het Rijk over de terreinen van Rijkswaterstaat waar evenementen plaatsvinden.<\/li><li>Inwoners, belanghebbenden:\u00a0die zijn gewoon tegen. Het plan mist maatschappelijk draagvlak. Dit is heel slecht voor de watersport in onze gemeente.\t<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--50 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--70 wrapper__spacing-bottom-mobile--50  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--18 wrapper__width-desktop--22 wrapper__width-mobile--24 wrapper__offset-large--6 wrapper__offset-desktop--2 wrapper__offset-mobile--0\">\n\t\t<section class=\"block-text-title\">\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__title\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"heading  heading__color--black heading__size--medium heading__font--sans heading__weight--bold  block-text-title__heading\" id=\"nav--strong-rijkswaterstaat--strong-5903\" data-nav-heading-mobile=\"Rijkswaterstaat\">\n\t<strong>Rijkswaterstaat<\/strong><\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__content\">\n\t\t<p class=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default\">\n\t\tDe gemeente wijst de functies toe aan het gebied, en de bedoeling is dat het bestemmingsplan zichzelf bedruipt.\u00a0Maar er zit een addertje onder het gras:\u00a0veel gronden zijn van Rijkswaterstaat en het Rijk wil geld zien als de gemeente evenementen toestaat.\u00a0De rekening hiervoor komt bij de organisatoren van de evenementen terecht.\u00a0Maar Rijk en gemeente Wijk bij Duurstede zijn het hier nog niet over eens. Dat is onduidelijk.\t<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--50 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--70 wrapper__spacing-bottom-mobile--50  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--18 wrapper__width-desktop--22 wrapper__width-mobile--24 wrapper__offset-large--6 wrapper__offset-desktop--2 wrapper__offset-mobile--0\">\n\t\t<section class=\"block-text-title\">\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__title\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"heading  heading__color--black heading__size--medium heading__font--sans heading__weight--bold  block-text-title__heading\" id=\"nav-horeca1130\" data-nav-heading-mobile=\"Horeca\">\n\tHoreca<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__content\">\n\t\t<p class=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default\">\n\t\tD66 vindt de rivier, het uitzicht en de oevers van grote ruimtelijke kwaliteit. En wil dat zo houden. Fractievoorzitter Bart van Asperdt hierover: &#8220;Je sleept als gemeente Wijk bij Duurstede niet eerst een bunkerboot af, om er daarna een pannenkoekenboot neer te leggen&#8221;. Maar dit keer zijn we gewoon tegen. D66 kiest dus meer voor het uitzicht en de ruimte bij de rivier. Juist die balans tussen natuurwaarden en de verbinding met de stad,die missen we in het plan. Die verbinding met de stad, kan ook op een andere manier,&#8221; aldus Bart van Asperdt. &#8220;Zelfs het college sprak van een rotproces en dan moet de beoordeling door Raad van State nog komen.
