Dat meldde wethouder Hanneke Zonderland maandag in een raadscommissievergadering van Weststellingwerf. collegepartijen Weststellingwerfs Belang en de VVD om te zorgen dat er volop gebouwd kan worden in de gemeente. De Lindewijk fase 2 gaat er wel komen, zo bleek. Maar Aukje Kroondijk van VVD wil die 200 woningen veel sneller bouwen dan in tien jaar. Ze krijgt daarin steun van Weststellingwerfs Belang en Blijf Stellingwerfs. Zonderland meldde snel te willen beginnen met de laatste fase van de Lindewijk. Maar dat was dus niet de oproep uit de raad. Maar of de wijk versneld gebouwd kan worden bleef verder onduidelijk. Ook moet er volgens de wethouder ruimte blijven voor het bouwen in dorpen als Nijeholtpade, De Hoeve en Boijl, waar initiatieven zijn gemeld.\t<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--50 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--70 wrapper__spacing-bottom-mobile--50  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--18 wrapper__width-desktop--22 wrapper__width-mobile--24 wrapper__offset-large--6 wrapper__offset-desktop--2 wrapper__offset-mobile--0\">\n\t\t<section class=\"block-text-title\">\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__title\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"heading  heading__color--black heading__size--medium heading__font--sans heading__weight--semiBold  block-text-title__heading\" id=\"nav-gedeputeerde-te-behoudend4014\" data-nav-heading-mobile=\"Gedeputeerde te behoudend\">\n\tGedeputeerde te behoudend<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__content\">\n\t\t<p class=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default\">\n\t\tWethouder Zonderland was het wel met de VVD eens dat gedeputeerde Klaas Fokkinga de plank heeft misgeslagen met zijn kritiek op gemeenten, die die niet klaar zouden zijn om te bouwen. De gemeenten zijn volgens wethouder Zonderland niet het probleem, maar de behoudende gedeputeerde. Maar er zit dus wat beweging in, al werd ze daarover in het debat niet echt concreet.<br><br>\u2018De gedeputeerde heeft een handreiking gedaan naar vijf gemeenten voor een hoger percentage buitenstedelijk bouwen, daar valt de Lindewijk ook onder. Er is een mondeling akkoord, maar handtekeningen moeten nog gezet worden. We moeten het verder uitwerken. Dat lukt niet voor de raadsvergadering op 15 november.\u2019<br><br>De VVD overweegt namelijk die dag de rest van de raad steun te vragen voor een motie waarin wordt aangedrongen bij de provincie om meer te mogen bouwen. CDA en SDW willen de broedende kip nu even niet storen. Maar duidelijk is wel dat het bereikte akkoord voor de vijf gemeenten slechts wordt gezien al een eerste stap. Zonderland: \u2018Daarmee is het gesprek niet klaar, alle vijf gemeenten willen nog meer woningen. Kom op provincie, er is zoveel vraag naar woningen en er staat zo weinig te koop. Het gesprek daarover gaat verder.\u2019\t<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--50 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--70 wrapper__spacing-bottom-mobile--50  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--18 wrapper__width-desktop--22 wrapper__width-mobile--24 wrapper__offset-large--6 wrapper__offset-desktop--2 wrapper__offset-mobile--0\">\n\t\t<section class=\"block-text-title\">\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__title\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"heading  heading__color--black heading__size--medium heading__font--sans heading__weight--semiBold  block-text-title__heading\" id=\"nav-geluidsscherm-roept-vragen-op4768\" data-nav-heading-mobile=\"Geluidsscherm roept vragen op\">\n\tGeluidsscherm roept vragen op<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__content\">\n\t\t<p class=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default\">\n\t\tEen ander heikel punt is het geluidsscherm (en geen wal) die het college wil bouwen bij de nieuwe woningen in de Lindewijk ter hoogte van de Spoorlaan. De bewoners van die laan vrezen tegen een lelijke betonnen of plastic muur te moeten aankijken. Vanuit de raad werd de wethouder gemaand proactief met bewoners in gesprek te gaan, toen ze een wat afwachtende houding leek aan te nemen. Het CDA opperde de mogelijkheid van isolatie van die woningen. In ieder geval vindt Zonderland wel dat je rekening moeten houden met de wensen van de bewoners, ze wil een natuurlijk ogend scherm.<br><br>Maar waar dat scherm komt te staan is nog de grote vraag. Komt het op grond van Prorail op de hoge spoorbaan, dan hoeft het scherm minder hoog (80 centimeter). Maar ProRail wil het dan wel zelf plaatsen en dat is volgens de wethouder een flinke kostenpost. Maar komt de wal op de veel lager liggende eigen grond van de gemeente, dan moet de wal minstens drie meter hoog worden. In ieder geval moet het scherm er tijdig staan en niet pas als de wijk volgebouwd is.\t<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--50 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--70 wrapper__spacing-bottom-mobile--50  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--18 wrapper__width-desktop--22 wrapper__width-mobile--24 wrapper__offset-large--6 wrapper__offset-desktop--2 wrapper__offset-mobile--0\">\n\t\t<section class=\"block-text-title\">\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__title\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"heading  heading__color--black heading__size--medium heading__font--sans heading__weight--semiBold  block-text-title__heading\" id=\"nav-reflectieangst4271\" data-nav-heading-mobile=\"Reflectieangst\">\n\tReflectieangst<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__content\">\n\t\t<p class=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default\">\n\t\tIn de raad toonde <strong>D66<\/strong> zich nog wel bezorgd over het effect van het scherm op de oostkant van het spoor. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/d66.nl\/weststellingwerf\/mensen\/ronald-westenberg\/\">Ronald Westenberg<\/a><\/strong> vreest dat het geluid van treinen daarheen kaatst. \u2018Er bestaat geen constructie die niet reflecteert.\u2019 En als het aan Blijf Stellingwerfs ligt gaat het scherm ook energie opwekken. Dat leek de wethouder vanwege de schittering onwaarschijnlijk. Maar ProRail laat zelf in Limburg onderzoeken of er energie opgewekt kan worden met zonnepanelen op geluidschermen\u2026<br><br>Een ander zorgenpuntje bij het CDA was de toename van de hoeveelheid water in de plannen van de Lindewijk. Hoge waterstanden in de Linde hebben volgens raadslid Afke Kester gevolgen voor de hoogte van het water in de wijk. Het Wetterskip wil daarom de hoogte van de kavels weten. \u2018Wat gaat de wethouder doen om wateroverlast in de toekomst te voorkomen?\u2019 En meer watergangen in de wijk betekent meer onderhoud. Ook dat is volgens het CDA blijkbaar nog niet geregeld.\t<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-text-title__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
