Dat leidde tot raadsvragen van D66Velsen en tot een agendaverzoek om het beleid in een sessie met betrokkenen te bespreken. D66Velsen vind dat dit een belangrijk onderwerp is waar ook de raad in betrokken had moeten worden en de raad gaat over kaderstellend beleid. Het leidde tot een succesvolle sessie in april waarin betrokken actief konden meedoen en in gesprek konden gaan met de raadsleden. Aan het eind van de bijeenkomst waren er een aantal waardevolle suggesties om het regenboogbeleid aan te passen. In juni kwam uiteindelijk het aangepaste beleid ter besluitvorming in de raad. Er was bij D66Velsen wel enigszins teleurstelling dat er met de inbreng van de sessie weinig was gedaan. Wij hebben een amendement ingediend om het beleid aan te vullen.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30 niet alleen een ouderen ambassadeur komt zoals in de nota verwoord maar ook een jongerenambassadeur.<br>\u2013 Naast sport moet ook cultuur een plek krijgen in het LHBTI beleid<br>\u2013 En we wilden graag dat de gemeente gebruik maakt van de kennis en kunde van Movisie ook om het beleid te kunnen toetsen<br><br>D66Velsen is daar blij mee, want hoewel wij het liefst de beleidsnota overbodig maken is een beleid nog steeds nodig.<br>Zo ligt de acceptatie van homoseksualiteit onder jongeren lager dan bij volwassenen. En wil 18% geen homo als vriend en accepteert 13% geen vriendschap met een lesbisch meisje.
