De groenstructuur van Velsen is het geheel van \u201cgroene\u201d delen en gebieden binnen onze gemeente, zoals parken, plantsoenen, bomen, landbouw-, recreatie- en natuurgebieden. De gemeente heeft een Groenstructuurplan gemaakt omdat groen belangrijk is voor onze inwoners en voor bezoekers. Het plan zorgt niet alleen voor meer groen, maar de verbindingen zorgen ook voor meer kwalitatief groen. Het is daarmee ook belangrijk voor het klimaatbestendig maken en de leefbaarheid van onze wijken en de biodiversiteit.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper Mike Rijkers van D66Velsen heeft daarom <a href=\"https:\/\/velsen.notubiz.nl\/document\/12933516\/5\/Motie+16+van+2023+D66V+-+Aan+de+slag+met+het+Groen+Structuurplan\">deze<\/a> motie opgesteld. De motie verzoekt het college om op basis van het Groen Structuurplan een voorstel te doen met een concrete planning en geactualiseerde begroting voor 2024.
