Vooral aan de zichtbaarheid moet gewerkt worden. Zo wordt de regenboogvlag niet standaard gehesen op LHBTI-momenten zoals de Pride maand en <strong>Paarse Vrijdag<\/strong>. En laat de diversiteit van het beeldgebruik op de gemeentewebsite nu nog te wensen over.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper href=\"https:\/\/heuvelrug.notubiz.nl\/document\/7288260\/1\/AANGENOMEN%20181220%20mo%20vvd%20d66%20open%20actieplan%20LHBTI-emancipatie%20(aangepast)\">motie<\/a> in waarin het College wordt gevraagd speciale aandacht te besteden aan psychische problemen bij LHBTI-jongeren en eenzaamheid bij LHBTI-ouderen. Maar daarmee stopt de noodzaak voor de aandacht niet. Recente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movisie.nl\/artikel\/verontrustende-feiten-cijfers-over-acceptatie-lhbti-personen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cijfers<\/a> van Movisie benadrukken opnieuw het belang van een ambitieus LHBTI-beleid. Niet alleen in een raads- en uitvoeringsprogramma, maar vooral bij het eenzaamheidsbeleid, bij de inclusie agenda en het sportbeleid. Door het instellen van een meldpunt racisme en discriminatie en door samen te werken met scholen, sportverenigingen en verzorgingstehuizen.
