Dat is een mooie verbetering. Helaas loopt het nog niet helemaal goed. Oskam (D66)<br>Ingekomen 21 januari 2010<br>Sinds een jaar is het mogelijk voor Utrechtse burgers om hun gemeentelijke belastingen en heffingen in tien termijnen te betalen per automatische incasso. Dat is een mooie verbetering.<br>Inwoners die hier niet voor kiezen, kunnen in twee termijnen betalen. Veel Utrechters, vooral ouderen, geven aan handmatige betaling de voorkeur om de regie over hun bankrekening in eigen hand te houden.<br><br>Bij het huidige systeem moeten mensen die zelf de regie willen voeren over hun betalingen een erg hoog bedrag per keer betalen.
