paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tVorige<br>week heeft Minister Hirsch Balin van Justitie en Binnenlandse Zaken<br>bekend<br>gemaakt dat de\u00a0 regering, gezien<br>haar demissionaire status, geen beslissing meer neemt over de<br>herverdeling van<br>politieagenten. Korpsen die er rekening mee hielden te kunnen groeien<br>omdat zij<br>aangemerkt zijn als \u2018groeikorps\u2019 kunnen rekenen op een eenmalige<br>financi\u00eble<br>compensatie. Hiervoor is in totaal \u20ac33 miljoen beschikbaar. In het<br>eerdere<br>advies uit januari, van het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken, wordt<br>Utrecht<br>wederom genoemd als groeikorps. Het Utrechtse Korps zou gezien haar<br>extra werk<br>en groei van het inwoneraantal als centrumkorps mogen groeien. Utrecht<br>wordt ook<br>wel een dubbel plus regio genoemd.<br><br><br>In eerdere beantwoording op schriftelijke vragen over preventief toezicht (2010\/41), gesteld door de PvdA, kwam in de beantwoording naar voren dat een van de oorzaken dat preventief toezicht ingesteld is omdat het aantal fte te snel gegroeid is. Aanvankelijk werd gerekend op een Utrechts aandeel van 3.324 fte, na het verlaten van de landelijke doelstelling te groeien tot een totaal van 52.200, is het niveau 3.171 fte. Hierdoor is vooruitlopend op de verwachte toegekende capaciteit het aantal politiefunctionarissen (in opleiding) harder gegroeid dan gezien de huidige toegekende capaciteit mogelijk is.<br>Met betrekking tot bovenstaande hebben de fracties van de\u00a0PvdA, VVD en D66 de volgende vragen:<br>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Welke gevolgen heeft het (voorlopig) niet herverdelen van politiecapaciteit voor het Utrechtse korps?<br>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hoe groot is het aandeel van de eenmalige 33 miljoen euro voor het Utrechtse Politiekorps?<br>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is dit bedrag voldoende om de nadelige gevolgen voor het Utrechtse korps op te kunnen vangen? En gezien het eenmalige karakter, wat voor doorwerking heeft dit voor de komende jaren?<br>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Heeft dit nog verdere consequenties voor het al\u00a0opgelegde preventieve toezicht?<br>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Wat betekent deze ontwikkeling voor de politiecapaciteit op straat en de geformuleerde beleidsdoelstellingen?<br>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kunt u, indien u de beleidsdoelstellingen aanpast, aangeven wat u aanpast en wat daar de mogelijke consequenties van zijn?<br>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is het College bereid de Raad voor het zomerreces te informeren over de te nemen maatregelen?
