Het bedrijf bevindt zich in het gebied waar de HOV-baan aangelegd wordt. De beantwoording op deze vragen was voor D66 niet voldoende. Oskam: &#8220;uit de antwoorden blijkt eens te neer wat de gemeente Utrecht ervaart als &#8216;voldoende contact&#8217;, dit strookt niet met de ervaring van betrokkenen.&#8221;\t<\/p>\t bedrijf vervangen worden door een muur. Dit belemmerd vrachtwagens het terrein op te rijden. Na de beantwoording van de vragen en uit contact van de gemeente met de eigenaar\u00a0 blijft onduidelijk wat de reden is van plaatsing van deze muur. Ook ziet D66 geen reden voor het niet toestaan van auto&#8217;s op dit kleine stuk van de HOV-baan, vooral omdat op vele andere delen dit wel is toegestaan.<br><br>De alternatieve aangewezen plek voor het plaatsen van de zware werktuigen, in het centrum van de Meern, biedt ook geen oplossing.
