Utrecht moet d\u00e9 OV- en fietsstad van Nederland worden. Er moeten serieuze alternatieven komen voor het gebruik van de auto en automobilisten moeten hier actief op gewezen worden. De privacy van bestuurders\u00a0mag hierbij echter niet geschonden worden.
