PvdA om op het laatste moment een kiosk op te nemen in het plan, terwijl alle procedures en het ter inzage leggen van het plan al doorlopen waren. D66 vond en vindt dat geen democratische procedure. Omwonenden zetten zich al jaren intensief in voor het Wilhelminapark, maar kregen niet de mogelijkheid hun zegje te doen over de plannen.<br><br>Fractievoorzitter Gerda Oskam: &#8220;ik ben blij dat de Raad van State de stichting gelijk heeft gegeven. Voor D66 is dit weer een voorbeeld waarbij dure juridische procedures en veel inspanning en energie van de omwonenden gemakkelijk had voorkomen\u00a0kunnen\u00a0en vooral moeten worden.
