jl. kritisch uit over de voorgaande verordening maar door de wijziging ontstaat er een goede prikkel voor instellingen om de eigen bijdrage te innen. Er bestaat echter nog wel een mogelijkheid voor het college van B en W om af te wijken van deze regel. D66 is hier zeer blij mee, op deze manier blijft maatwerk mogelijk en wordt voorkomen dat schrijnende gevallen nog schrijnender worden.<br><br>De wethouder zei in de voorgaande raadsvergadering dat hij een goed beeld heeft van de bedragen die ge\u00efnd kunnen worden. De raad wordt op de hoogte gesteld als dit niet mogelijk is en ook vindt er over een jaar terugkoppeling plaats. Vink: &#8220;ik vertrouw er op dat de wethouder er voor zorgt dat de verordening juist wordt uitgevoerd.
