De fractie is dan ook blij met de actieplannen &#8216;Schoon vervoer&#8217; en &#8216;Goederenvervoer&#8217;. Raadslid Bram Fokke: &#8220;de plannen zijn helder uitgewerkt en het college toont ambitie. paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tHet actieplan Schoon Vervoer heeft tot doel het elektrisch vervoer in Utrecht te stimuleren en doet dit op drie manieren. Het cre\u00ebren van een netwerk van oplaadpunten, het ondersteunen van het gebruik van elektrisch vervoer in het bedrijfsleven en het verschonen van het wagenpark van de gemeente.<br><br>Met het actieplan Goederenvervoer wordt ingezet op innovatie, vergroening en efficiency van het goederenvervoer. Er wordt gekozen voor een werkwijze waarbij de gemeente initiatieven voor schoon en zuinig vervoer faciliteert en stimuleert maar de verantwoordelijkheid voor de exploitatie blijft bij het bedrijfsleven liggen.<br>Voor D66 is dit de juiste combinatie tussen stimulering door de overheid en ruimte bieden voor marktwerking. D66 vertrouwt op de kracht van de markt en met deze prikkels kan de markt voor ongekende innovatie zorgen.<br><br>Fokke pleitte bij de behandeling van de plannen wederom voor aanpassing van het parkeerbeleid, voor schone auto&#8217;s moet minder betaald worden dan voor vieze. Verder vroeg hij de wethouder het communicatietraject inzichtelijker te maken en pleitte hij, samen met de PvdA, voor het uitbreiden van de proef met elektrische bussen in de binnenstad.
