In 2010 leken er afspraken te zijn tussen de gemeente en Portaal. Vlak voor de zomer bleek dit toch onzekerder te zijn. van de nieuwe locatie door zowel gemeente als Portaal. Er wordt alles aan gedaan om hier zo snel mogelijk overeenstemming in te krijgen zodat het gezondheidscentrum opgenomen kan worden in het Stedenbouwkundig Plan van Eisen (SPvE). Een SpvE moet altijd door de inspraakprocedure en daarna worden aangenomen door de gemeenteraad, ook de tijdelijke herhuisvesting is onderdeel van dit SPvE. Aangezien deze procedure lange tijd inneemt, zal de gemeente investeren in het huidige noodpand zodat het ook geschikt blijft in de winter.<br><br>&#8220;Ik ben blij dat de wethouder toezegt dat het plan zo snel mogelijk opgesteld wordt.
