block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tDe fracties hebben onder andere gevraagd hoeveel registraties er zijn en of er voldoende capaciteit is voor de registratie. Tevens is gevraagd naar eventuele vertraging in de start met de registratie door wijzigingen in de Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening.<br><br>Burgemeester Wolfsen stelt dat de registratie goed verloopt. Alle prostituees die zich gemeld hebben, zijn benaderd voor een eerste afspraak. Er is voldoende capaciteit om de uiteindelijke registratie plaats te laten vinden voor 1 oktober 2011, vanaf dat moment zal ook handhavend worden opgetreden.<br><br>Raadslid Gerda Oskam: &#8220;de registratie is een middel om uitwassen en mensenhandel tegen te gaan op het Zandpad. Ook D66 wil grip krijgen op dit soort verwerpelijke zaken. Maar dan moet de registratie wel goed en snel gebeuren, om te voorkomen dat juist het tegenovergestelde bereikt wordt. Volgens de burgemeester gaat het goed en zullen alle prostituees die dat willen voor 1 oktober geregistreerd zijn.
