De Hoge Raad deed twee weken geleden uitspraak dat geen geld mag worden gevraagd voor de ID-kaart. Minister Donner wil dit terugdraaien en heeft een spoedwet opgesteld.<br>\u00a0<br>Raadslid Roelant Rollingswier: &#8220;Voor inwoners is het door het ingrijpen van Donner onduidelijk geworden. De spoedwet is nog niet eens aangenomen maar het ministerie heeft al wel een instructie aan gemeenten gegeven die in lijn is met de spoedwet. Dat schept verwarring, moet je nou wel of niet betalen?&#8221;<br>\u00a0<br>Burgemeester Wolfsen gaf in zijn beantwoording aan dat in de gemeente Utrecht vooralsnog wel betaald moet worden voor de ID-kaart. Het kan zijn dat dit wederom wijzigt omdat de spoedwet nog door de Tweede Kamer behandeld moet worden. Om die reden worden mensen gevraagd hun rekeningnummer achter te laten als zij nu een ID-kaart halen. Mocht deze weer gratis worden, dan wordt automatisch het geld terug gestort.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30
