Daarbij wordt niet gekeken naar de hoogte van de gelden die een persoon op zijn bankrekening heeft staan. Deze regeling geldt niet voor alle uitkeringen. De gemeenteraad ontving een bericht van een persoon die uit de bijstand is gekomen en nu een Wajong-uitkering ontvangt. De kwijtschelding wordt nu niet meer automatisch ontvangen maar moet worden aangevraagd.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper de bankrekening stond. Hierdoor gaat deze persoon er netto in inkomen op achter uit. D66 begrijpt niet waarom voor deze werkwijze is gekozen en heeft samen met de ChristenUnie, PvdA, GroenLinks en de SP vragen gesteld aan het college van B en W. De fracties willen onder andere weten hoeveel gevallen per jaar tegen hetzelfde probleem aanlopen en of er een oplossing kan komen voor deze problematiek.<br><br>&#8220;Ik begrijp dat niet in alle gevallen sprake kan zijn van kwijtschelding. Maar het mag niet zo zijn dat er door verschil in regelingen het netto inkomen van een persoon achteruit gaat.
