Deze wijzigingen hebben grote gevolgen voor de mensen om wie het gaat. Het college van B en W is conform de eigen verordening verplicht de Utrechtse Klientenraad bij de beleidsvorming van de uitvoering van de WWB te betrekken. Er bestaat een informatieplicht. voorgelegde voorstellen de Klientenraad onvoldoende betrokken is. D66 raadslid Anita Vink heeft daarom samen met Heleen de Boer (GroenLinks) en Bouchra Dibi\u00a0(PvdA) schriftelijke vragen gesteld aan het college. De raadsleden hebben het college onder andere gevraagd welke informatie\/overlegprocedures worden gevolgd.
