Op dit moment kan Utrecht de grote vraag naar starterwoningen niet aan. Dit is een prachtige locatie en een mooie ontwikkeling van Rotsoord. D66 heeft ook geluisterd naar de bezwaren van de bewoners. De gemeente moet in gesprek blijven met de bewoners, wijkraad en ontwikkelaar om na te gaan of er nog geschoven kan worden met de woonblokken.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n Ik heb de wethouder dan ook gevraagd om in het vervolg er op toe te zien dat ook de participatie goed verloopt als de plannen worden ontwikkeld door een andere partij&#8221;, aldus raadslid Arjan Kleuver.<br><br>Wethouder Isabella heeft de ontwikkelaar gevraagd om in gesprek te gaan met de bewoners om meer overeenstemming te vinden voor het plan.
