D66 denkt daarbij aan de Wietpas die per 1 januari 2013 ingevoerd zou moeten worden en de verplichting om animal cops aan te stellen. Daarnaast wil D66 weten wat de kabinetsbreuk voor gevolgen heeft op de voorbereiding op de Wet werken naar vermogen (Wwnv) en de nieuwe bestuurlijke herinrichting en de verdeling van de Brede kabinet. Denk aan het experiment Social Canabis Clubs en de opvang van en hulpverlening aan illegalen. Gelukkig heeft het college nooit gehoor gegeven aan de kritiek en kan Utrecht nu ongestoord doorgaan met sociaal en innovatief beleid. Een aantal besluiten die nog in de startfase zitten zoals de nieuwe bestuurlijke herinrichting en voorbereiding op de invoering van de Wwnv worden wat D66 betreft stop gezet. Daarnaast wil de fractie dat het besluit over de verbreding van de A27 heroverwogen wordt.<br><br>&#8220;D66 gaat er vanuit dat er zo snel mogelijk stappen worden gezet om de crisis en het landelijk begrotingstekort aan te pakken. De broodnodige hervormingen van de arbeids- en woningmarkt moeten ingezet worden. Dat neemt niet weg dat sommige maatregelen wel stop gezet of heroverwogen moeten worden. Voor gemeenten is nu onduidelijk of en in welke vorm de kabinetsbesluiten uitgevoerd gaan worden.
