Afgelopen week werd bekend dat Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag en Eindhoven een dergelijke test hebben laten doen. Deze test biedt inzicht in hoeverre de reserves van een gemeente volstaan. Beide fracties vinden het belangrijk dat ook de financi\u00eble positie van de gemeente Utrecht voldoende solide is om eventuele grote tegenvallers op te vangen.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n belangrijk dat het helder wordt of de Utrechtse reserves voldoende zijn om eventuele grote tegenvallers op te vangen. Daarbij komt dat de gemeenteraad de komende tijd belangrijke keuzes moet maken, waarbij de uitkomsten van een stresstest zeer zinvol kunnen zijn&#8221;.<br><br>De fracties hebben onder andere gevraagd waarom er in Utrecht niet is gekozen voor een vergelijkbare stresstest en of het college het zinvol acht dit alsnog te doen. Daarnaast zouden de fracties het zinvol vinden als tegenvallers op de vastgoedmarkt meegenomen worden in een dergelijke test.<br><br>VVD-raadslid Dimitri Gilissen: \u201cDe woning- en kantorenmarkt staan zwaar onder druk, met alle gevolgen voor de grondpositie van de gemeente van dien.
