De gemeente moet hierbij een flexibele houding aannemen. Werk aan huis, buurtwinkels en flexibele werkplekken maken een wijk levendig. geven. Met dit voorstel worden bestemmingsplannen flexibeler zodat wonen en werken gecombineerd kunnen worden en wordt er ingespeeld op de wens om meer winkelcentra en bedrijventerreinen het keurmerk Veilig ondernemen te verlenen.
