Het grootst deel daarvan zijn studentenwoningen. De ontwikkelaar behoudt de mogelijkheid om in te spelen op de marktomstandigheden. Zo geeft de raad de ontwikkelaar de ruimte om de starterswoningen uit het plan eventueel nog aan te laten passen in short-stay woningen voor studenten of een backpackershostel. D66-raadslid Maarten Koning: \u201cHet is mooi dat er zoveel extra studentenwoningen gebouwd kunnen worden. Daarnaast blijft er ook ruimte voor\u00a0startersappartementen\u00a0en eengezinswoningen. Naast inpandige stallingen, willen we daarom dat er ook buiten voldoende fietsenstallingen komen.
