D66 is blij dat hierdoor verder voortvarend aan het nieuwe Stationsgebied kan worden gewerkt. De gemeenteraad gaf groen licht voor de loop- en fietsbrug over het spoor, nieuw Hoog Catharijne en de ontwikkeling van de Westflank-Noord.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n straks klaar is voor de toekomst. De historische binnenstad en de omgeving rond het Centraal Station worden weer aan elkaar verbonden. Blikvangers van het project zijn onder andere TivoliVredenburg, het nieuwe Centraal Station en het Stadskantoor. Vanavond besloot de raad over de ontwikkeling van drie andere spraakmakende projecten uit het Masterplan. D66-raadslid Bram Fokke: &#8216;In zo&#8217;n groot bouwproject wordt ontzettend veel gebouwd, maar alleen met toestemming van de raad. Inmiddels zijn de eerste resultaten goed zichtbaar. Het woon- en winkelgebouw &#8216;De Vredenburg&#8217; is al in gebruik, TivoliVredenbrug wordt dit jaar opgeleverd en volgend jaar is ook het Stadskantoor klaar. Fokke: &#8216;Een complex project als CU2030 vereist veel moeilijke besluitvorming en planning, maar we zien nu een voortvarende ontwikkeling. Er is nu ook groen licht voor nieuw Hoog Catharijne, de Westflank-Noord \u00e9n de loop- en fietsbrug over het spoor bij het Moreelsepark.
