Dinsdag besprak de raadscommissie een voorstel waarmee het geld voor ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen voor de komende jaren verdeeld wordt. aan projecten, maar is een ruim deel nu gereserveerd voor initiatieven van onderop. D66-raadslid Lars Roodenburg: \u201cDe tijd dat de gemeente bepaalt wat goed is voor de stad is voorbij. Utrecht maken we samen, dus ook bij de stedelijke ontwikkeling houden we rekening met de idee\u00ebn en initiatieven van onze inwoners. Het voorstel zorgt ervoor dat deze gelden worden samengevoegd tot \u00e9\u00e9n integraal budget. Dat schept duidelijkheid en biedt ruimte. Roodenburg: \u201cDe nieuwe regels sluiten goed aan bij ons idee dat we ruimte willen bieden aan de initiatiefnemers in de stad.
