block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tDe Utrechtse onderwijsimpuls voor kwaliteit en excellentie komt tegemoet aan de veel gehoorde wens tijdens het stadsgesprek en door het stadsbestuur georganiseerde onderwijstafels met scholen, ouders en leerlingen. Of je nou op het VWO zit of op het VMBO. En wie weet nou beter hoe dat te bereiken dan de leraren zelf? Met dit voorstel geven we docenten en scholen de ruimte om z\u00e9lf met voorstellen te komen. Elk kind moet de kans krijgen zijn talenten te ontwikkelen, op zijn eigen niveau.\u201d De regeling biedt ook het bedrijfsleven de mogelijkheid voorstellen in te dienen. Hierover zegt Bas: \u201ceen goede opleiding biedt meer kansen op de arbeidsmarkt.
