Deze woningen zijn bijzonder gewild op de woningmarkt. Bovendien worden deze sociale woningen relatief vaak bewoond door scheefhuurders. \u00a0Dankzij een motie van D66 en CDA kunnen deze woningen versneld verkocht gaan worden. Ik begrijp dat iedereen daar wel wil wonen, maar er moeten keuzes gemaakt worden om de woningmarkt in beweging te krijgen. D66 durft die keuzes te maken. Bovendien wonen er veel scheefhuurders in deze panden. Het geld moet besteed worden aan vervanging van de verkochte woningen, zodat de kernvoorraad op peil blijft. Het resterende bedrag wordt besteed aan verduurzaming van de bestaande sociale woningvoorraad. Dit is een extra instrument om scheefhuren in de toekomst te voorkomen. Koning: &#8220;Er zijn wachtlijsten bij woningcorporaties, en mensen met een veel te hoog inkomen wonen in sociale woningen. Dat kan niet. Dat zijn de prioriteiten voor D66 in de nieuw vastgestelde woonvisie. Dat betekent: betaalbare huizen, verduurzaming \u00a0van woningen en beschikbaarheid van meer woningen in de middeldure sector.
