block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tVanaf januari 2015 geeft de gemeente geen grond voor woningen meer uit in erfpacht. Veel bestaande woningen staan echter nog op grond die in tijdelijke erfpacht is uitgegeven. Deze regelingen, veelal met een looptijd van 50 jaar, lopen binnen 10 tot 20 jaar af. Dit levert hen een groot nadeel op bij het verkopen van hun huis omdat zij dan weer een forse rekening moeten betalen. D66-raadslid Lars Roodenburg: \u2018Het is heel goed geweest dat we nieuwe erfpacht in Utrecht af hebben geschaft, maar nu moeten we nog een oplossing vinden voor de wijken waar erfpacht nog niet eeuwigdurend is afgekocht. Van deze tijdelijke regeling is echter weinig gebruik gemaakt. CDA-raadslid Bert-Jan Brussaard: \u2018In wijken als Voordorp, Lunetten, Overvecht, Rijnsweerd en de Binnenstad maken mensen zich nu terecht zorgen. Deze nieuwe regeling moet vergelijkbaar zijn met de regeling uit 2003. Daarbij mogen woningeigenaren die na 2003 op basis van de huidige regeling de erfpacht hebben afgekocht niet benadeeld worden.
