Het voorstel van het college is een verbetering ten opzichte van het oude systeem. Tijdens het debat plaatste D66 wel kritische kanttekeningen en diende twee moties in ter verbetering die werden aangenomen.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n Tarieven binnen dezelfde sport worden gelijkgetrokken. Oude en scheve afspraken met clubs worden be\u00ebindigd en er wordt vanaf nu betaald naar gebruik.\u201d Met het besluit worden de tarieven voor binnen- en buitensport iets naar elkaar toe gebracht. Bakker: \u201cVoor de clubs die een relatief grote tariefstijging tegemoetzien, is er een nette ingroeiregeling. We gaan direct de effecten voor sportend Utrecht monitoren en in 2019 volgt een eerste evaluatie. Bakker: \u201cDe wethouder moet nu wel echt aan de slag met een visie en een concreet plan hoe sportaccommodaties beter en effici\u00ebnter te benutten. Dat moet hij samen met clubs en andere sportinitiatieven doen.\u201d De motie van D66 die hiertoe oproept, werd aangenomen.
