bedrijven en onderwijsinstellingen zorgen voor omscholing en bijscholing van werkzoekenden\u201d, aldus Ferket. D66 roept het college op om samen met partijen in de stad het onderwijs beter te laten aansluiten op werk. Om dit vraagstuk op te lossen zijn er stevige oplossingen nodig. Vooral Utrechters met een beroepsopleiding kunnen de gevolgen ervaren van de mismatch op de arbeidsmarkt.
