voldoende\u00a0voldoet\u00a0wat D66 betreft niet.\u00a0Het nieuwe pakket met maatregelen moet lokaal\u00a0de grootste vervuilers\u00a0terugdringen.\u00a0Zo krijgen we met de sloopregeling\u00a0de meest vervuilende auto\u2019s van de weg.\u00a0En met de bouw werken we samen aan\u00a0vermindering\u00a0van\u00a0luchtvervuiling\u00a0bij\u00a0bouwprojecten, zodat dit schoon kan terwijl we wel hard Utrechters kunnen geld krijgen van de gemeente als zij hun oude\u00a0vervuilende\u00a0auto laten slopen en\u00a0dat gebruiken voor een\u00a0een\u00a0nieuwere, schone auto\u00a0of\u00a0alternatieve\u00a0vervoersmiddelen. Jelmer Schreuder: \u201cWij moeten\u00a0blijven\u00a0kijken waar de kosten van onze ambities landen, zeker nu de coronacrisis onze stad raakt. Om dat te realiseren, zijn grote\u00a0machines\u00a0nodig\u00a0die\u00a0nu nog veel\u00a0vieze lucht uitstoten.\u00a0In samenspraak met de bouwsector heeft de\u00a0gemeente\u00a0nieuwe\u00a0eisen aan de machines opgesteld, maar\u00a0wat D66 betreft blijft het niet bij die ene stap. Door\u00a0ons voorstel\u00a0gaan we iedere vijf jaar kijken of de eisen\u00a0strenger\u00a0kunnen.\u00a0\u201cWe laten zien dat we\u00a0rekening houden met de lange afschrijftermijnen in de bouw. Het college stelt een subsidie voor\u00a0om mensen te helpen hun uitstoot te verminderen\u00a0en schoorstenen te verwijderen. D66\u00a0is nog niet overtuigt\u00a0van de\u00a0subsidie op\u00a0vervanging van oude haarden door\u00a0moderne kachels.\u00a0We willen dat het college het positieve effect daarvan beter onderbouwt.\u00a0Bovendien zijn andere opties onvoldoende\u00a0onderzocht, zoals\u00a0het\u00a0aanbrengen van filters. Deze mogelijkheden worden\u00a0de komende maanden\u00a0bekeken.\u00a0\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--20
