D66 gaat ervan uit dat de wethouder in zijn contacten met provincie, ontwikkelaars en woningcorporaties geen definitieve afspraken maakt. Eerst komt de gemeenteraad aan bod.<br>In het collegeprogramma staat dat medio 2011 de gemeenteraad betrokken moet worden in de afweging of de uitvoering kan starten in de oorspronkelijke planning of getemporiseerd moet worden.
