De conclusie van de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens en de daaropvolgende boete voor de gemeente maken duidelijk dat dit onderzoek niet zorgvuldig is verlopen.<br><br>Voor D66 gaat deze kwestie echter over m\u00e9\u00e9r dan een procedurele of juridische fout. Het raakt aan hoe we als gemeente zorg dragen voor gelijke behandeling, vrijheid van religie en de bescherming van minderheden in onze gemeente.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n vraagt dat om uiterste zorgvuldigheid. Die zorgvuldigheid is hier onvoldoende gebleken. In een open en democratische samenleving moet iedereen er altijd op kunnen vertrouwen dat de overheid zorgvuldig omgaat met hun gegevens.<br><br>D66 vindt het zorgelijk dat islamitische organisaties en inwoners hierdoor het gevoel kunnen krijgen dat zij onder een vergrootglas liggen. Dat staat haaks op het principe dat de overheid er is voor \u00e1lle inwoners, en niet bijdraagt aan wantrouwen of uitsluiting.<br><br>Moslims maken onlosmakelijk deel uit van de Tilburgse samenleving.
