veranderingen in de Spoorzone. In hoog tempo wordt er gesloopt en gebouwd. De komende periode gaat het oude UWV-kantoor, het Blauwe Gebouw, tegen de vlakte om plaats te maken voor een wooncomplex met een mix van huur- en koopwoningen. Niet alleen omdat het mooi is en groen nodig is om te recre\u00ebren, maar ook om bijvoorbeeld hittestress in de zomer tegen te gaan.
