Dat komt dan bovenop de woningen die we moeten bouwen voor de Steenwijkerlandse behoefte. Het is mooi dat het college oog heeft voor de lokale en regionale behoefte. Maar wat ik mij wel afvraag: wat heeft Steenwijkerland er echt aan?<br><br>\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30 De volgende vragen zijn dan tevens onze adviezen om nader uit te werken. Welke problemen lossen we hier op met bovenregionale woningbouw? Wat voor gemeente willen we straks zijn qua woningbouw? Wat is de visie? Dat heeft nogal een impact. Er wordt in het stuk geschreven over economische voordelen, maar de effecten op ruimte, natuur, landbouw, klimaat en duurzaamheid zijn wat D66 betreft net zo belangrijk om oog voor te houden. Je ziet grote steden inmiddels meer groen terugbrengen in de stad. Wanneer er straks in Steenwijk veel woningbouw bij komt, wat doen bijvoorbeeld de bewoners 15 jaar later? Zal men dan weer terug verhuizen naar de Randstad en levert dit veel leegstand op in Steenwijk. De voordelen en effecten zullen voorafgaand goed uitgewerkt moeten worden.
