De gemeente maakt heldere en simpele afspraken met ondernemers en is daar betrouwbaar in. We willen het ondernemers niet moeilijk maken;<br>ondernemen is immers al lastig genoeg. We willen het  ondernemersfonds blijven stimuleren en willen ook meer  investeringen doen op de Kaden. We willen dat er bij projecten in de openbare ruimte een risicoanalyse wordt gedaan door de gemeente, zo kan dit meegenomen worden in besluiten. Soms hebben idee\u00ebn onvoorziene gevolgen. Dat willen we voor zijn en mee kunnen nemen in besluiten. Centraal, goed beveiligd en gezellig. Het zou geweldig zijn om meer ruimte voor studenten te maken.
