is je niet gegarandeerd, maar er kan natuurlijk wel veel aan gesleuteld worden. Iedereen heeft recht
Later selecteren op goede zorg, goede hulp en goede informatievoorziening. D66 wil vooral inzetten op preventie. Er
moet goede zorg komen wanneer het nodig is, maar hoe mooi zou het zijn als er uiteindelijk veel

\n\tVroegtijdig signaleren<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t

\n\t\t\n\t\tDe zorg en preventie begint al in de buik. We willen meer samenwerkingen met verloskundige praktijken om vroegtijdig te kunnen informeren en signaleren. Zijn toekomstige moeders goed op de hoogte van alle mogelijkheden omtrent gezondheid en zorg? Via verloskundige praktijken, kinderopvangcentra en basisscholen kunnen we vroeg signaleren over de gezondheid van kinderen en
hulp bieden waar nodig.\t<\/p>\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

Veel kinderen in Nederland gaan naar school zonder fatsoenlijk ontbijt. In onze gemeente willen we daarom scholen die dat signaleren ondersteunen. In Smallingerland krijgt ieder kind een gezond ontbijt. Als dit niet mogelijk is, gaan wij onderzoeken waarom niet en hoe het dan wel kan. We moeten ook op het gebied van armoede en schulden goed om de preventie denken. Armoede heeft
een enorme impact op onder andere de gezondheid. Dit moet worden verholpen en uiteindelijk worden voorkomen. Preventie is ook hier weer het sleutelwoord. D66 blijft goede initiatieven hierop steunen.

Smallingerland moet een gemeentelijke campagne lanceren over het misbruik van middelen, zoals alcohol en drugs, en de gevolgen daarvan. Ouders moeten weten wat hun jongeren aan het doen zijn.
Jongeren en volwassenen moeten goed begrijpen wat er met hun gezondheid gebeurt als ze misbruik maken van alcohol en drugs. Hier hebben wij ook een verantwoordelijkheid in te nemen met z\u2019n allen.
Tot slot, moet er ook gekeken worden naar het welzijn van ouderen. Door ouderen de mogelijkheid te geven zo lang mogelijk fit en vitaal te blijven, vallen ze minder en blijven ze gezonder. Er mag van ons
meer geld naar de sportcoaches die zich hiervoor inzetten.\t<\/p>\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
