Het onderzoek laat zien dat de ontwikkeling van het gebied haalbaar is. Ook nieuwe ambities zijn hierin meegenomen. Gisteren heeft de gemeenteraad positief besloten over het haalbaarheidsonderzoek. Dat betekent dat de volgende fase van de gebiedsontwikkeling van start kan gaan.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30 paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tDe Bossche Stadsdelta wordt een levendig nieuw deel binnenstad. Er blijkt plaats voor enkele honderden woningen m\u00e9\u00e9r dan eerder gedacht: 1.600 tot 1.700 woningen. Een groter deel daarvan zal sociale huur worden (30%) en minimaal 40% wordt middenhuur of betaalbare koop. Daarnaast is er plaats voor maar liefst 45.000 m\u00b2 cultuur, werken en horeca. Een oeverpark moet er uitnodigen tot buiten verblijven, bewegen en ontmoeten. En auto\u2019s krijgen een plek uit het zicht in parkeergarages, zodat de nadruk op fietsen en lopen ligt. Hierover heeft de gemeenteraad gisteren positief besloten.<br><br>Wethouder Mike van der Geld: <em>\u201cAls \u2019s-Hertogenbosch hebben we een hoog ambitieniveau. En we willen \u2019s-Hertogenbosch meer stad maken. Waar het goed wonen, werken, studeren \u00e9n ontmoeten is \u00e9n blijft. Waar woningen bij blijven komen, waar bedrijven in investeren, mogelijkheden om te studeren de ruimte krijgen, we de natuur koesteren en het goed ontmoeten is. De Bossche Stadsdelta gaat deze ambitie mee waarmaken. Het wordt een veelzijdig en levendig deel van de binnenstad. Met reuring en een goede mix van allerlei functies. Zodat het een aantrekkelijke en dynamische plek wordt voor iedereen.\u201d<\/em><br><br>Als fractie vinden we de plannen in \u00e9\u00e9n woord geweldig. Een gebied dat de komende jaren nog meer gaat bruisen en de brede binnenstad verbindt. Waar maatregelen getroffen worden om het gebied autoluw te houden en waar duurzame energie opgewekt wordt. Een gebied dat vlak bij openbaar vervoervoorzieningen ligt. In de Bossche Stadsdelta blijft het industri\u00eble erfgoed en de urban scene behouden, wordt meer natuur gecre\u00eberd in de vorm van een oeverpark \u00e9n is er ruimte voor vernieuwende horecaconcepten die voortkomen uit de samenwerking met de creatieve industrie en inspelen op de artistieke en industri\u00eble sfeer van het gebied.<br><br>Raadslid Vivian Muller: <em>\u201cEr is ook creativiteit voor nodig om dit soort plannen te bedenken, want waar kun je nog bouwen in \u2019s-Hertogenbosch? Dan is deze inbreiding, waarmee het buitengebied gespaard wordt, een heel goede ontwikkeling. Op het gebied van inbreiding doet onze gemeente het erg goed. Complimenten aan de creatieve geesten die dit soort plannen bedenken en uitwerken.
