Behalve Route66, tijdens onze routezaterdag begin Februari. calamiteitenhospitaal is een volledig uitgerust ziekenhuis in de (voormalige) bunker onder het UMC Utrecht. Normaliter is hier geen pati\u00ebnt te vinden, maar bij een crisis -zoals bijvoorbeeld een treinongeluk of de tramschutter in Utrecht- waarbij acuut een groot aantal ziekenhuisbedden in Nederland nodig zijn, kan de leiding van het calamiteitenhospitaal met 1 druk op de knop een bataljon aan zorgverleners oproepen. Zij laten dan alles uit hun handen vallen en dalen af naar de kelder van het UMC Utrecht om voor deze pati\u00ebnten te zorgen. <br><br>Na onze routezaterdag bij het <a href=\"https:\/\/d66.nl\/route66\/nieuws\/routezaterdag-november-24-bezoek-aan-jfc-brunssum\/\">JFC in Brunssum<\/a>, waar we geleerd hebben hoe de NAVO zich voorbereidt mocht Europa in oorlog komen, zoomden we deze routezaterdag in op hoe het gesteld is met onze eigen weerbaarheid, in Nederland. We sloten zijn verhaal af met een rondleiding. Het hele complex, maar\u00a0in het bijzonder ook de kamers waar pati\u00ebnten worden opgevangen, die in het buitenland een besmettelijke ziekte hebben opgelopen, lieten een diepe indruk achter.<br><br>Daarna kwam Danny de Vries langs: burgemeester van Oudewater en onderdeel van de veiligheidsregio Utrecht. Hij had een erg interessant verhaal over hoe de veiligheidsregio\u2019s zorgen dat Nederland weerbaarder is in een veranderend geopolitiek klimaat. Een groot deel van de Nederlandse weerbaarheid speelt zich namelijk af op gemeentelijk niveau, die weer samenwerken in veiligheidsregio\u2019s.<br><br>De laatste spreker van de dag was Robin Biersma, beleidsadviseur bij VNO-NCW. Zij vertelde ons over de bedreigingen waar het bedrijfsleven dealt \u00e9n hoe deze partijen kunnen bijdragen aan maatschappelijke en economische weerbaarheid.<br><br>Na Robin\u2019s verhaal gingen we aan de slag met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nctv.nl\/documenten\/publicaties\/2024\/11\/4\/gesprekstool-maatschappelijke-weerbaarheid\">NCTV\u2019s serious game van de NCTV<\/a> gespeeld. We werden in groepen ingedeeld en kregen elk een eigen casus toebedeeld: een ziekenhuis, een transportbedrijf, een gemeente en een supermarkt. Voor elk van deze instellingen dacht een groep na voor welke maatschappelijke gebeurtenissen onze instelling of instantie precies kwetsbaar was en wat we zouden kunnen doen om hun weerbaarheid te vergroten.
