Dit bleek uit een artikel van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrc.nl\/nieuws\/2022\/02\/10\/welzijnswerk-in-het-arme-feijenoord-grote-ambities-veel-conflicten-a4087495\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NRC<\/a> van 10 februari, maar is ook al in de Rotterdamse raad naar voren gekomen. Ingrid van Wifferen dient een aantal moties om deze drie problemen het hoofd te bieden.<\/strong>\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tIngrid heeft zich de afgelopen jaren veel beziggehouden met dit onderwerp. Per april 2022 neemt een andere welzijnsorganisatie de opdracht van Humanitas over. Alleen een andere uitvoerder aan nemen is echter niet genoeg. Er moet \u00e9cht iets veranderen. Om dergelijke situaties in de toekomst te voorkomen.<br><br>Daarom diende Ingrid tijdens de gemeenteraad van gisteren 24 februari drie moties in: \u2018Een humaan &amp; integer werkklimaat\u2019, \u2018Tijd voor integriteit\u2019 en \u2018Jaarplannen goed verantwoord\u2019. In deze moties dringt Ingrid onder meer aan om met alle welzijnsorganisaties in de stad in gesprek te gaan, waarin de betrokken partijen aangeven hoe zij een veilig werkklimaat gaan waarborgen en de bespreekbaarheid hiervan binnen de organisatie cre\u00ebren.\u00a0<br><br>Ook verzoekt ze het college om in gesprek te gaan met het management van welzijnsorganisaties, om de bewustwording over integriteit in zakelijke afwegingen te vergroten, om mogelijke (schijn van) belangenverstrengeling te voorkomen. Tot slot vraagt Ingrid het college om welzijnsaanbieders jaarlijkse uitvoeringsverslagen van de jaarplannen te laten opstellen en deze te sturen naar bewoners, sociaal ondernemers en de gemeenteraad.\u00a0<br><br>Alle drie de moties zijn door de raad aangenomen. Zo zorgen we dat welzijnswerk echt voor meer en niet minder welzijn zorgt.
