Als je structureel te veel verbruikt, kun je het netwerk in gevaar brengen. En dan sluit de netbeheerder je af.\u00a0Zeer onwenselijk\u00a0in een samenleving waarin we duurzame stroom keihard nodig hebben. Het probleem zit \u2018m vooral in de piekmomenten: wanneer de vraag te veel en te groot is, lopen we tegen de capaciteitsmuur aan.\u00a0<br><br>Deze file op het elektriciteitsnet noemen we netcongestie.\u00a0Netcongestie vormt\u00a0een groot probleem voor de ambities van Nederland. Voor de verduurzaming van onze huizen, onze industrie en voor het bouwen van woningen. Je zou denken dat als er zoveel op het spel staat, we alles op alles zouden zetten om dit probleem op te lossen.\u00a0De coronacrisis en de oorlog in Oekra\u00efne\u00a0hebben, ondanks een andere orde van grootte,\u00a0laten ziendat als\u00a0de situatie er om vraagt we in staat zijn tot ingrijpende maatregelen.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper Terwijl de netcongestie-kaart van ons land op steeds meer plekken\u00a0donkerrood kleurt, wordt er nog steeds\u00a0alleen maar\u00a0gesproken over de precieze invulling van maatregelen, experimenten en pilots. Gemeenten weten\u00a0ondertussen\u00a0niet precies\u00a0wat\u00a0de impact is van deze maatregelen op hun vergunningsprocessen.Maar bovenal weten gemeenten\u00a0niet wat zij kunnen doen om snel meer ruimte op het net te cre\u00ebren, waardoor stilstand dreigt.<br><br>Als heel Nederland ziet dat\u00a0de\u00a0netcongestie een groot probleem is, laten we dan\u00a0ook\u00a0het beestje bij de naam noemen. Er is namelijk\u00a0sprake van eennetcrisis.\u00a0En\u00a0in tijden van\u00a0crisis moet je\u00a0liever vandaag dan morgen\u00a0aan het werk\u00a0gaan\u00a0om deze op te lossen.\u00a0Alles moet kunnen worden geprobeerd,\u00a0zonder\u00a0van tevoren\u00a0bij\u00a0alles\u00a0100%\u00a0te weten hoe het zal uitpakken. Je moet vooral zo werken dat\u00a0het mogelijk wordt\u00a0buiten\u00a0de\u00a0bestaande paden\u00a0orde op zaken te stellen.<br><br>Neem\u00a0bijvoorbeeld\u00a0de LNG terminals in de\u00a0Rotterdamse\u00a0haven.\u00a0Toen de\u00a0oorlog in Oekra\u00efne\u00a0begon\u00a0konden deze in no time worden gebouwd. We zouden de procedures\u00a0\u2018later nog wel in orde brengen\u2019, want het was crisis. Het is nu niet anders, het is tijd voor actie.\u00a0Laten we daarom de\u00a0netcongestie oplossen op de manier die van ons verwacht wordt, namelijk in\u00a0crisismodus.\u00a0Daarom de oproep aan het Rijk: cre\u00eber ruimte voor out-of-the-box middelen. Betrek gemeenten en laat deze crisis niet leiden tot stilstand.
