De ondernemers krijgen de subsidie, omdat ze innovaties ontwikkelen die gericht zijn op een schoner, slimmer en zuiniger energiesysteem in stad en haven. Wethouder Chantal Zeegers (Klimaat, Bouwen en Wonen): \u201cHet benutten van deze nieuwe kennis is essentieel om onze ambitieuze klimaatdoelen te bereiken en de energietransitie te versnellen. paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tDeze nieuwe duurzame innovaties ontvangen de SES-subsidie in 2023:\u00a0<br>1. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Zero Emission Fuels \u2013 MethaGIS: Zero Emission Fuels (ZEF) ontwikkelt microplants om zonne-energie direct om te zetten in duurzame methanol. Deze technologie kent een brede toepassing in grootschalige zonnepaneelsystemen, zoals die gerealiseerd worden in landen als Chili en Marokko. Duurzame methanol kan, bijvoorbeeld, gebruikt worden als duurzame brandstof voor de scheepvaart en voor energievoorziening.<br><br>2. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Flying Fish \u2013 haalbaarheidsstudie Foiling Demonstrator Nieuwe Maas: Flying Fish ontwikkelt draagvleugels die emissieloos varen sneller \u00e9n 80% effici\u00ebnter maken. Draagvleugels zijn vleugels onder een boot die, bij voldoende snelheid, de romp uit het water optillen. Hierdoor heeft de boot minder weerstand. De Watertaxi Rotterdam is partner in het project.<br><br>3. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Hygro \u2013 Charlois Hub, iBundle &amp; satelite: Hygro onderzoekt de haalbaarheid naar een hub voor compressie en distributie van waterstof voor zwaar wegvervoer. Dit is een keteninnovatie op het gebied van waterstof en kan hiermee bijdragen aan de Rotterdamse doelstellingen.<br><br>4.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 RABLE \u2013 Zon-op-parkeerplaatsen: RABLE ontwikkelt een solar carport, overkapping van parkeerterreinen, gebaseerd op de RABLE-techniek; een slim zelfdragend systeem voor zonnepanelen.
