Daarbij veranderen we de parkeergarage van de voormalig V&amp;D naar een Urban Culture locatie. En<br><br><strong>Cultuur in wijken<\/strong><br>Kunst en cultuur zijn de basis in de wijken. Meer ruimte om initiatieven in de wijk te ontplooien, zo maken we van Club Blu in Prins Alexander cultuurhub en een cultuurpodium in Zuid)<br><br><strong>Ruimte voor makers in de wijk.<\/strong><br>We stellen 1,5 % van de gemeentebegroting beschikbaar voor kunst en cultuur, omdat het aantoonbare meerwaarde heeft. Cultuur hoort niet alleen in het centrum, maar in de hele stad. We behouden 20% van de in-en uitstroom \u00a0 van de cultuurnota voor nieuwe makers<br><br><strong>Flexibelere regels voor cultuur.<\/strong><br>We zorgen voor minder bureaucratie voor culturele initiatieven en evenementen.<br><br><strong>Cultuur als onderdeel van gebiedsontwikkeling.<\/strong><br>Nieuwe wijken krijgen vanaf het begin ruimte voor cultuur. 4% van de gemeentelijke begroting gaat naar kunst en cultuur.
