Er zijn plannen gemaakt, projecten gestart en locaties aangewezen waar gebouwd kan worden. Starters, alleenstaanden en senioren vinden moeilijk een passende en betaalbare woning. De doorstroming blijft achter en het aanbod sluit onvoldoende aan bij de vraag. Niet alleen het aantal woningen telt, maar vooral voor wie we bouwen. Betaalbaarheid, kwaliteit en gemengde wijken moeten centraal staan. Wonen is meer dan een dak boven je hoofd; het gaat ook om de buurt, voorzieningen en sociale samenhang. Ook het experimenteren met nieuwe regelgeving rond woningdeling, verhuur en woning splitsing verdient meer aandacht.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper Realisatie van minimaal 350 woningen per jaar, waar planologisch haalbaar, waarvan:<br>a. 30% sociale huur<br>b. 40% midden huur\/ betaalbare koop<br>c. 30% vrije sector<br>2. Minimaal 50% van nieuwbouw geschikt voor starters en senioren.<br>3. Jaarlijks 2 concrete herontwikkelingslocaties benutten voor woningbouw.<br>4. Minimaal 2 pilots starten voor woningsplitsen en woningdelen, met duidelijke randvoorwaarden voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en leefbaarheid.<br>5.
